Get all convos for a project (Convos drawer)

Retrieve all convos across all chats within a project. Results are sorted by creation time in descending order (newest first). Optionally filter by visibility (creator/reviewer) and status. This endpoint is used for the "Convos drawer" feature to show all project convos in one place. Requires `canGetProject` and an active workspace subscription.
