Get public asset with chat (authenticated management)
Retrieves an asset along with its public chat in the context of this public file system. The chat is returned in `chats.public` and will be null if no chat has been created yet. Unlike the unauthenticated `/public/{token}/assets/{assetId}` endpoint, this does NOT check token expiration. Requires `canGetPublicFileSystem` permission.
