Same as the root listing, scoped to a folder path inside the release. Path segments may be folder slugs or IDs (IDs are resolved to slugs; an unknown segment returns `fileSystemPathNotFound`, 404). Requires `canGetPublicFileSystem`; does NOT check token expiration.

Unique ID of the project.
